  • Our mission is to empower youth with the skills, guidance, and real-world experiences they need to access meaningful employment and grow into leaders of tomorrow. By building coordinated, statewide pathways that combine training, mentorship, and life-skills development, we prepare young people not just for their first job, but for long-term success.
    We envision a Rhode Island where all youth are equipped, supported, and inspired to pursue careers aligned with their passions, where families are strengthened, communities thrive, and opportunity is not limited by circumstance but expanded through access, preparation, and belief in every young person’s potential.

Our communities are filled with young people who are full of potential, strength, and untapped greatness. Yet too often, they lack access to the guidance, support, and opportunities they deserve.

This space was created with our youth in mind.

My name is Miosotis Alsina, and we are a team deeply passionate about community development, empowerment, and creating safe spaces where individuals can grow, be heard, and thrive together. Through this initiative, our mission is to equip people with life skills, mentorship, and meaningful connections that help them navigate life with confidence and purpose.

We believe:

As we begin this journey, we are excited to launch a 4-week summer pilot program that will bring together community members, law enforcement, and mental health professionals to support and uplift youth through:

  • Life skills workshops
  • Open conversations and mentorship
  • Activities that build confidence and leadership
